The Rolex Deepsea D-Blue 116660 is one of the most replicated watches in the market. To begin with, the case measures 44mm in diameter and is crafted from 316L stainless steel. Even though this is only the V1 version of the Sea-Dweller D-Green replica, the case has been polished to a very high standard, similar to the V9 D-Blue. The large and robust case design ensures that the watch can endure significant pressure underwater. In the depths of the ocean, wearing such a large watch with a green dial makes it appear as though you’re a “green monster.” The black ceramic bezel insert features engraved diving markers, and the bezel itself is uni-directionally rotating.
The movement inside this replica is the Asian ETA 2836, a 25-jewel movement that beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour. You may wonder why the factory didn’t use the 3135. In fact, the Asian ETA 2836 is more reliable than the 3135. While the 3135 is a super clone, it has a higher failure rate and repair frequency. Personally, I prefer replicas with the ETA 2836 movement.The dial of the Sea-Dweller D-Green is quite unique. The top half is green, while the lower half transitions to black, with the color change blending smoothly. All the hour markers and hands are coated with white Swiss luminescence, providing strong lume for divers in the dark depths. The word “SEA-DWELLER” is also printed in green, matching the dial’s design. Upon closer inspection, you’ll notice a tiny laser crown logo at 6 o’clock on the crystal—this feature is present on the genuine model as well. The engravings on the inner bezel are also accurate, completing the high level of attention to detail in this replica.
